Privacy Policy

Card Cauldron TCG · Last updated October 21, 2026

Card Cauldron TCG is a small hobby business run by Sabastian Caudill in Ohio. This policy covers our website (cardcauldrontcg.com) and our apps, including the Real or Replica card checker. Questions about anything here: [email protected].

What we collect

Account information. If you create an account in one of our apps, we store the email address you sign up with. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — nothing else.

Photos you submit for a check. When you ask Real or Replica to check a card, the photos you submit are stored with your check so our checkers can evaluate them and so the result can appear in your binder history.

Optional location. If you choose to share your city and state inside the app, we store what you type. We never track your device's precise location.

Our own channel tools. We use Google sign-in to manage our own YouTube channel (Card Cauldron TCG) — uploading our videos and reading our channel's statistics. This applies to the business owner's account only.

How we use it

We use the information above only to run the service you asked for: signing you in, performing the card checks you submit, showing your check history, and operating our own YouTube channel. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers in our apps.

Who else sees it

Your submitted photos are visible to the Card Cauldron TCG checking team for the purpose of completing your check. Service providers that host our website and apps process data on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep account and check data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will remove it.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
